1. /covid status

   • Description - Get current covid-19 status in a state.
   • Options:
   1. state - Choose a state to check its status, required.
   2. district - Choose a district to check its status, optional.

2. /covid follow

   • Description - Follow a state's covid-19 status and get notified everyday at 9am and 9pm IST
   • Options:
   1. state - Choose a state to follow its status, required.
   2. district - Choose a district to follow its status, optional.
   3. channel - Choose a channel where the notification will come, optional.
   4. message - Set a custom message that appears with the embed, optional.
